Creating and verifying your sinarjp account
Account creation requires an email address, a password, and a phone number. We send a verification link to your email; click it to confirm. Your account is then active and you can browse games, access demo modes, and read tournament schedules. However, you cannot deposit or withdraw until you complete identity verification.

Managing your profile and preferences
Your profile section lets you update your email, phone number, and password. If you change your email, we send a verification link to the new address. If you change your phone number, we send an SMS confirmation code. These changes take effect immediately once confirmed.
You can also set your preferred language (English or Indonesian), time zone, and notification preferences. If you want to receive alerts about tournament starts, settlement results, or withdrawal status, toggle these on. If you prefer silence, turn them off. Notifications are sent via email and SMS depending on your preference.
Your profile also displays your account status (Active, Verified, Suspended), your account creation date, and your total balance across all games. This gives you a quick overview of your account health and activity.

Withdrawal requests and settlement timelines

You can filter by game type, date range, or status (Pending, Settled, Disputed).
